Mayer Brown partners join Cadwalader in London

Two structured finance and securitisation partners are leaving Mayer Brown to take up positions in the global markets division of Cadwalader Wickersham & Taft in London.

Bruce Bloomingdale and Jeremiah Wagner have been recruited to Cadwalader as part of its strategy 'to be best in class in the areas in which we practice', according to London managing partner Gregory Petrick, in conversation with The Lawyer

International expansion

With four offices in the US and four outside, Cadwalader is working hard to develop its international presence. In London it has taken on six partners in a year, taking the total partner numbers in the UK capital to 12. They are supported by about 28 other lawyers.
