Opening market
Of those taking advantage of the opening market are Los Angeles law firm Wasserman Comden Casselman & Esensten, which launched a Tel Aviv office in October. New York firm Ziechner Ellman & Krause has also established a base in Ramat Gan – a hotspot for technology companies.
The first major US firm to have boots on the ground in the country was Miami-based Greenberg Traurig, which opened its Tel Aviv office in December 2011.
The country’s biggest firm is Goldfarb Seligman & Co, while the second-largest is Herzog Fox & Neeman.
