The controversy started when Mr Tsvangirai, the politician who has most consistently challenged President Mugabe, sought the release of information on July's controversial Presidential election when Mr Mugabe was returned to power. Afterwards, Justice Chinembiri Bhunu of the Electoral Court threw out Mr Tsvangirai's application.
