Ogletree Deakins expands European operation

The US law firm has hired a team in Paris, adding to its London and Berlin practices.

US employment law firm Ogletree Deakins has opened an office in Paris. It is the third office opened by the firm in 2017 and expands the firm’s European footprint, which includes Berlin and London. The Paris office has a team of 11 lawyers and legal staff, including partners Karine Audouze and Jean-Marc Albiol. Ms Audouze, who joins the firm from Olswang, will serve as managing partner of the Paris office. She has practiced French and international employment law throughout her career, including the first eight years of her practice with Cleary Gottlieb in New York and Paris.

Jean-Marc Albiol joins Ogletree Deakins from Hogan Lovells. He provides strategic advice on numerous complex and sensitive matters including mergers and acquisitions and restructurings of French and international entities. Ogletree Deakins has more than 800 lawyers located in 52 offices across the United States and in Europe, Canada, and Mexico. The firm represents a diverse range of clients, from small businesses to Fortune 50 companies.
