According to investment researchers Morningstar, the London-based global firm took the top spot in the FTSE AIM 100 client category for the second quarter of 2012, with a total of eight clients, jumping from 11th in the previous quarter.

High-end clients

The merger with McGrigors – Scotland’s largest law firm by turnover – saw Pinsent pick up many of that firm’s high-end AIM clients, rocketing it from outside the top 15 for the market capitalisation ranking to a current position of seventh place.
London law firm Lawrence Graham retained pole position in the market capitalisation rankings, while taking second place in FTSE AIM 100 with seven clients.
