The job losses are set to be spread around the firm’s UK network which includes London, Edinburgh and Glasgow, reports the Scotsman.
In a statement the firm said that it ‘continues to grow’ from a number of ‘strategic investments’, but cuts in the employment law field were needed as the ‘dynamics have shifted fundamentally’.
The firm added that the restructuring would create a group which is ‘the right size and shape’ to respond to demand.
Exact numbers have not been confirmed, but the firm ‘expects around 13 people’ to leave.
