In a statement, Riverview said that the deal reflects the growing demand for its range of services, including its Legal Advisory Outsourcing model which has ‘gained traction with large businesses far quicker than expected’.
The alliance will focus on several sectors following successful testing of the firms’ combined ability to attract new business.
