Mr Lee specialises in private equity, M&A and securities, with a focus on Hong Kong IPOs. He also advises on corporate governance, corporate restructuring and compliance issues. Mr Neuville specialises in capital markets, both equity and debt. His practice focuses on the representation of issuers and underwriters in global offerings of securities. Mr Lee and Mr Neuville are returning to Simmons, having practiced at the firm together as partners from 2004 to 2006, and will be based in the Hong Kong office.
