The office will be set up in 2015 with the aim of helping clients on asset management, financial and funds by giving them advice on tax, banking, capital markets, structuring and formation. Regulatory clearance
Stephane Ober will be head of the office, joining from his own firm Ober & Partners and bringing along his partner Pierre-Regis Dukmedjian. Three other new partners in the Simmons office will be Louis-Mael Cogis (of Linklaters) and, from Arendt & Medernach, Viviane De Moreau d'Andoy and Jose Ignacio Pascual Gutierrez.
