The Liverpool-based firm was referred to the Solicitors Regulation Authority two months ago over a conduct matter. Its debts had been mounting as profit before tax declined, despite increased revenues. The firm’s website says it went into administration on 9 October, with Samantha Palmer of Ashfords appointed solicitor manager.
