A focus group at Gowlings in the UK used the app over three weeks and found that stress levels dropped by over 10 per cent. The app, called Keela, has been developed by Soma Analytics. It works by measuring cognitive signals in the voice and alerting the individuals involved about high levels of stress or tiredness before the problem becomes embedded.
