Therium is reportedly in talks with several firms about the possibility of an ABS tie-up which would see the litigation funder pump cash into a law firm to help finance new claims. Believed to be among them is litigation and private client boutique Harcus Sinclair, with which Therium is already funding the claims of 6,000 Halifax Bank of Scotland shareholders against Lloyds.
