Bangkok-based Tilleke & Gibbins is planning to expand its operations to Cambodia in July. The firm will focus on intellectual property following the country's recent accession to the Madrid Protocol. It comes at a time when the Cambodian bar is clamping down on foreign firms providing services without being members of the local bar association.
