The 28 firms - including Allen & Overy, Baker & McKenzie and Linkaters - are also objecting to a move from the Dewey estate which also mean they have to supply it with engagement letters, billing data and information on partner compensation. According to Legal Week, the group of firms argue that it would be 'entirely inappropriate' for them to release the requested information.
