The office is to be led by Los Angeles-based James K. Lee, head of the existing Korea practice group and a specialist in complex cross-border commercial litigation, who is relocating to the Korean capital. He will initially be joined by London-based construction partner Mark Goodrich and Kyungseok Kim, who recently joined White & Case as a partner in global M&A.
