Paul Amiss and Rebecca Finn join as partners from Pinsent Masons and Gide Loyrette Nouel, respectively. Mr Amiss specialises in M&A and corporate finance, and advises clients on corporate transactions and other strategic investments, listings and securities offerings on the London Stock Exchange. Ms Finn is a banking and finance partner, and advises clients on a range of cross-border finance transactions that include project development and financing, Islamic finance and structured finance.
Developing nuclear power programmes
Jason Parker joins as counsel from Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman. His practice is focused on project finance and includes advising on EPC contracts, concessions, operations and maintenance, fuel supply, sales/off-take agreements and technology licensing. Mr. Parker has also assisted clients with developing new nuclear power programs.
