Withers now runs to 17 offices and a personnel list of about 1,000 people. The Tokyo office will be called Withers Japan, Zeirishi Houjin. Singapore
Corporate tax advisers Chizuko Tomita (formerly a tax partner in EY) and Takeo Mizutani (formerly of White & Case) will head Withers Japan. Another new recruit, Eric Roose - who joins from Morrison & Foerster - will head up the Withers International Corporate Tax practice in Asia. He will be based in Singapore. Source: Withers
